Aubergines

Aubergines are warmth-loving vegetables whose glossy fruits are perfect for grilling, stews and salads. In Estonia they are most reliably grown in a greenhouse or polytunnel. It is worth choosing early varieties that ripen within a short summer.

Sow indoors in February or March and plant out into the greenhouse once the soil has warmed. Aubergines need warmth, plenty of light and even watering. Order aubergine seeds from ALLIKASILM with delivery across Estonia and the EU.
