Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow the seeds from March to April in trays or in a greenhouse lightly covered with soil (0.5 cm). Keep the temperature at 15–20 °C; seedlings emerge in 7–14 days. Prick out at 2–3 true leaves and plant out in May–June, 20–25 cm apart.
Care Keep the soil lightly moist and avoid waterlogging. Tolerates drought, dislikes wet soil; remove spent flowers.
Use Suits rock gardens, edging and cut flowers; fragrant. Flowers in June–July.
