Sowing Sow the seeds in February–March onto the surface, uncovered. Keep the temperature at 20–24 °C; seedlings emerge in 7–14 days. Prick out at 2–3 true leaves and plant out in May–June, 30–40 cm apart.
Care Keep the soil lightly moist and avoid waterlogging. Keep the soil moist; pinch the tips to bush out; remove flower buds.
Use Grown for its colourful foliage in pots, beds and indoors.
