Directions for use:
Dilute 15 ml of fertiliser in 2 litres of water. Water the plants once every 7–14 days during periods of active growth and flowering.

Advice from our agronomist
Water first. Give the plant plain water before feeding: a solution poured on dry soil scorches the roots. True of any liquid feed, but hydrangea roots are shallow and especially sensitive.
Stop by midsummer. Feed from spring to July. Stop in August — late feeding stops the shoots ripening and the buds freeze.
Blue needs acid. If a blue variety turns pink, the problem is not the amount of fertiliser but the pH. Water with rainwater and keep lime away.
Hydrangeas drink. The name itself comes from the Greek for water vessel. In a dry summer watering matters more than feeding.
Not on the leaves. Pour at the root; leaves wetted in sunshine scorch.
