Advice from our agronomist
When to sow Sow directly in the bed from April to August, 1–2 cm deep. Sowing rate: 300 g is enough for about 250 m².
Sowing Scatter the seed evenly, rake it in lightly and roll. Clover tolerates moderate shade and also grows under a cover crop.
Care Water during germination. Later the plant is undemanding and grows a deep root system that loosens the soil.
Use As a green manure, mow or dig the plants in at the start of flowering. Enriches the soil with nitrogen; no feeding is needed.
