When to sow Sow directly in the bed from April to July, 1 cm deep. Sowing rate: 300 g covers about 300 m².
Sowing Scatter the seed evenly, rake it in lightly and roll. Prefers sun and moderately moist soil; the pale pink flowers are a prized honey plant.
Care Water during germination. The annual clover grows fast and flowers profusely; undemanding.
Use As a green manure, mow or dig the plants in at the start of flowering. Enriches the soil with nitrogen; no feeding is needed.
