Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow from late April to July 1–2 cm deep in rows 20 cm apart; seedlings emerge in 7–14 days. Coriander dislikes transplanting, so sow where it is to grow. Repeat sowings every 2–3 weeks.
Care Thin to 8–10 cm and water regularly. It bolts in hot weather, so grow it in partial shade during the warm season.
Harvest Cut the leaves 4–6 weeks after sowing; collect the seeds (spice coriander) once they turn brown.
