Advice from our agronomist
Sowing The seeds are very small: sow in March to April on the surface and press in lightly, keeping at 18–22 °C; seedlings emerge in 10–20 days. Plant out in late May, 30–40 cm apart.
Care Prefers a sunny spot and well-drained soil; drought-tolerant. It flowers from July until autumn and attracts bees and butterflies.
Harvest Cut flower stems for bouquets or drying; the leaves and flowers can be used in teas.
