About this product
Nitrofoska is a compound NPK fertiliser with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in every single granule. That is what makes it such a convenient base fertiliser: there is no need to weigh out and mix three separate bags, and no patches are left in the bed where one nutrient landed and another did not.
Nitrogen drives leaf and shoot growth, phosphorus supports the root system and flower set, and potassium improves fruit flavour and plant hardiness. Nitrofoska is suitable for spring base dressing of vegetables, potatoes, berry bushes and flowers, as well as for top-dressing during the growing season.

Advice from our agronomist
Work it in, do not leave it on top. Nitrogen is lost from the surface and phosphorus hardly moves in soil: mix the fertiliser in to 5-10 cm.
Stop by the end of July. Nitrophoska contains nitrogen, which drives new growth. From August on use an autumn feed instead, or shoots will not ripen for winter.
Not on wet foliage. Granules stick to leaves and scorch them — spread on the soil and water in.
