Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow the seeds from March to April in trays or in a greenhouse on the soil surface, uncovered, as the seeds germinate in light. Keep the temperature at 18–22 °C; seedlings emerge in 7–14 days. Prick out at 2–3 true leaves and plant out in May–June, 40–50 cm apart.
Care Keep the soil lightly moist and avoid waterlogging. Tolerates drought; no feeding is needed.
Use Suits borders and herb gardens; a silvery aromatic medicinal plant.
