Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow in late May to early June 1–2 cm deep in rows 30–40 cm apart; seedlings emerge in 4–7 days. Thin to 10–15 cm.
Care Water regularly and evenly, since irregular moisture causes cracking; protect from flea beetles with fleece.
Harvest Harvest the roots 55–65 days after sowing; store in a cool, damp cellar.
