About this product
Spring garden fertiliser is a granular complete fertiliser for the whole garden: tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, strawberries, perennials and annuals, fruit trees, roses, conifers and lawns, both outdoors and in the greenhouse. It contains all the nutrients a plant needs for growth in the right balance.
In spring a plant needs nitrogen above all for leaf and shoot growth, but flowering and cropping also require phosphorus and potassium — all three are packed into one bag. The result is strong growth, abundant flowering and a quality harvest.

Advice from our agronomist
Work it in and water. Spread evenly, mix into the top layer of soil and water — a granule left on the surface works at half strength.
Split it over the season. 2-3 smaller doses from March to August beat one large spring dose: the food reaches the plant when it needs it.
Combine with organic matter. The producer recommends mixing it with chicken manure pellets: the mineral feed acts fast, the organic part improves soil structure and livens up soil life.
