Advice from our agronomist
When to sow Sow the seeds on moist soil from late March to April and cover with only a thin layer of soil (they need light). Germination is slow – 2–3 weeks.
Planting out Plant the seedlings out in late May, 20–25 cm apart, or sow directly in the bed in May.
Care Water generously and regularly; celery likes moist, fertile soil. Mulch the soil.
Feeding and harvest Feed 2–3 times during the season. Cut the leaves as needed until the last frosts, but not too low – then they regrow well.
