About this product
Black Cherry is an early and very productive tall (indeterminate) cherry tomato that keeps bearing until late autumn.
The fruits are dark, reddish-black, small and round, up to 25 g, with a thin skin. The flesh is firm, juicy and very sweet.
Great fresh, in salads and as a garnish. Best grown in a greenhouse. Pack contains 10 seeds, produced by Baltic Agro.

Advice from our agronomist
When to sow. Sow seeds from late March to early April, 0.5–1 cm deep in light peat-based compost. Germination temperature is 22–25 °C.
Preparation and planting. Prick out seedlings at the 2–3 true-leaf stage into individual pots. Plant into the greenhouse in mid-May, once the soil has warmed, 40–50 cm apart.
Care. This tall variety needs staking and regular removal of side shoots – train it to one or two stems. Water regularly with warm water, avoiding wet leaves.
Feeding. Feed every 10–14 days with tomato fertiliser; choose a potassium-rich one during flowering.
Harvest. Pick ripe fruit regularly to encourage new trusses to ripen until late autumn.
