About this product
AGRONOM Fertiliser for ornamental grasses and climbers is a compound solid inorganic macronutrient fertiliser with the formula NPK (Mg, S) 8-11-22 (+4+29) plus trace elements. Its high potassium content supports sturdy growth and helps plants prepare for winter.
It is designed for perennial ornamental grasses such as sedges, miscanthus, fescues and reed grasses, and for climbers including clematis, actinidia, ivy, Virginia creeper, wisteria, honeysuckle, roses and hydrangeas. Apply 2-3 times per season: first at planting or in spring before growth starts (March-April), and for the last time no later than mid-August.

Advice from our agronomist
Measure the dose. Use 25 g/m² for young plants and saplings, 20-40 g/m² for grasses and summer flowers, 30-50 g/m² for climbers, young ornamentals and perennials, and 50-80 g/m² for mature ornamental trees and shrubs. When preparing soil, use 50-100 g/m². Never exceed the rates.
Work it in and water. Scatter the granules around the plant, rake them lightly into the top layer of soil and water thoroughly so the nutrients reach the roots.
Handle with care. Wear gloves when applying, keep the pack closed and dry, and store it out of the reach of children.
