Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow the seeds in February–March onto the surface, uncovered. Keep the temperature at 15–18 °C; seedlings emerge in 14–21 days. Prick out at 2–3 true leaves and plant out in May–June, 20 cm apart.
Care Keep the soil lightly moist and avoid waterlogging. Keep the soil moist and deadhead; winter hardiness is limited, cover is needed.
Use Suits edging, pots and balcony boxes; blooms from early spring to autumn.
