GREENWORLD Profi substrate type T is a professional peat substrate in a large 250 L pack (ASB Greenworld, Baltic peat) for planting and repotting in containers and open ground. Buy peat substrate in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery.
It is made from selected Baltic sphagnum peat, limed and pre-fertilised. The even structure holds water and air well, so roots establish quickly.
The 250 L pack is good value for bigger jobs: filling beds and borders, container growing, planting hedges and shrubs, and greenhouses.

Advice from our agronomist
Planting. Loosen the substrate before use and moisten dry peat. Fill the pot or planting hole, set the plant at the same depth it grew before and firm gently around the roots.
Watering and feeding. Water thoroughly after planting. The starter fertiliser lasts about 4–6 weeks; after that feed regularly according to the plant's needs.
Care. Do not let the peat dry out – dry substrate is hard to re-wet. Water container plants often in summer and mulch beds.
Gardener's tip. For acid-loving plants (blueberry, rhododendron) choose a dedicated acidic mix; in open ground blend the substrate with garden soil so the structure lasts longer.
