Apie prekę
Matogard BIO garden soil with compost 60 L is a ready-to-use, biologically active garden soil made in Estonia that works as both a growing medium and a soil improver. Buy Matogard garden soil in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery.
It contains peat neutralised with dolomite, horse-manure compost, vermicompost (worm castings), clay, sand, a humic preparation and organic fertilisers. Clay holds water and sand keeps a stable structure with a good air–water balance.

Agronomo patarimai
Planting. Make a 15–20 cm layer in beds and up to 30 cm in greenhouses and raised beds. When planting, mix 2–3 bags into a tree's hole, 1–2 bags for a shrub and 1 bag per 10 strawberry plants.
Watering and feeding. Water well after planting. Compost and vermicompost release nutrients slowly, so no extra feed is needed in the first weeks; later feed according to the crop.
Care. For a new lawn use 3–5 bags/m², for lawn repair 0.5–1 bag/m². To improve existing soil, work in 0.5–2 bags/m².
Gardener's tip. Soil life lasts longer when the surface is mulched and never dries out – then the soil keeps improving your ground for several years.
