Wrinkled pea "Milor", 500 g, AGRONOM
Seller: ALLIKASILM
About this product
Wrinkled pea «Milor» (Pisum sativum) — a medium-early, high-yielding shelling pea. Plants reach 70-80 cm, pods are about 8 cm long with 7-8 large peas.
The peas are eaten fresh, canned and frozen. After emergence the plants withstand frost down to -4 °C, so an early spring sowing is safe. The large 500 g pack is meant for long rows and bigger gardens.
Pack of 500 g. Made by AGRONOM.

Advice from our agronomist
Sow early. Peas like it cool: sow in late April or early May as soon as the soil has dried. Seedlings survive light frosts.
Give support. A tall variety needs netting or twiggy sticks to climb — pods lying on the ground rot and are hard to pick.
Rotate. Do not sow peas in the same place for 4-5 years: pea diseases build up in the soil. Peas leave nitrogen behind for the next crop.
