About this product
Pot marigold «Neon» (Calendula officinalis) is an annual that is very easy to grow and not fussy about soil. It suits beds as well as balcony boxes and large pots.
Calendula is also a useful plant: the flowers can be cut for bouquets, dried for tea, and they are edible, with petals used to decorate salads and soups.
The large 40 g pack is meant for bigger plantings, made by AGRONOM.

Advice from our agronomist
Sow directly outdoors. Calendula needs no seedlings: sow in late April or May, 1-2 cm deep; seedlings appear in about 1-2 weeks.
Thin out. Leave 20-30 cm between plants so they grow sturdy and flower well.
Pick often. The more flowers you pick for tea or bouquets, the more new ones follow, and calendula keeps blooming until autumn.
