Advice from our agronomist
Planting Plant in spring or autumn in part shade or shade in lightly moist, humus-rich soil. Space plants 50–60 cm apart.
Watering Water generously and regularly; the soil must not dry out, and the plant prefers a constantly moist spot.
Pruning Remove scorched leaves in summer; cut off flower stems after flowering; the foliage stays ornamental until autumn.
Feeding and winter care No feeding is needed; too much food makes the plant floppy. Hardy; no cover is needed.
