Seller: ALLIKASILM
About this product
Pea “Bullseye” (Pisum sativum) is an early, high-yielding and disease-resistant marrowfat variety. Plants reach 50–70 cm and manage without support. The 9–12 cm pods hold 8–9 large peas, which are notably sweet and full of flavour.
Thanks to its early maturity, the first pickings come at the start of summer. The peas are delicious fresh and also suitable for freezing. This small pack is ideal for a home vegetable bed or for trying the variety for the first time.
The pack contains 10 g of seed, made by AGRONOM.

Advice from our agronomist
Choose a sunny bed. Peas like light and loose, limed soil. Avoid sowing where legumes grew the previous year.
Sow in April or May. Once the soil has dried out a little, set the seed 4–5 cm deep, about 5 cm apart in the row. Short plants hold each other up when sown in two or three rows side by side.
Mulch and water. During flowering and pod filling keep the soil evenly moist; a mulch conserves moisture and keeps weeds in check.
