Sweet pepper Capsicum annuum "Kvadry H" is an early, disease-resistant, high-yielding hybrid. The fruits are cube-shaped, thick-walled and sweet.
Fruits weigh about 110 g; they are creamy white at harvest maturity and turn light red when fully ripe. Good fresh, in salads, for stuffing and for preserving.
Pepper needs a warm, bright spot: a greenhouse or a sunny, wind-sheltered bed. In Estonia seedlings are usually raised from a March-April sowing.

Agronoma ieteikumi
Planting. Plant seedlings in a greenhouse or warm bed once frost risk has passed and the soil has warmed. Space plants about 40-50 cm apart (general pepper guidance).
Care. Peppers need a warm, wind-sheltered sunny spot and loose, humus-rich soil. Support plants heavy with fruit if needed.
Watering and feeding. Water evenly with warm water and do not let the soil dry out. Feed during growth with a potassium-rich vegetable fertiliser.
Harvest. Pick fruits regularly at the cream or red stage, which encourages new fruits. Harvest everything before the first frost.
