Dahlia "Arabian Night", 1 L pot is a decorative dahlia with dark burgundy flowers, supplied as a growing plant in a 1 litre pot. Buy Dahlia "Arabian Night" in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery — pot-grown plants flower sooner than tubers planted in spring.
It bears fully double blooms about 10 cm across in deep burgundy, appearing almost black. Height 90–120 cm.
Ideal for sunny beds, large containers and cutting. Dahlias flower from midsummer until the first frosts, one of the longest-flowering summer plants.

Agronomo patarimai
Planting. Plant out only after the last frosts (in Estonia usually early June) in a sunny, sheltered spot in fertile, well-drained soil. Give tall cultivars a stake at planting time.
Watering and feeding. Dahlias need even moisture — in dry weather water generously once or twice a week. Feed every two weeks during flowering with a potassium-rich flower fertiliser.
Care. Deadhead regularly and new buds will keep coming until autumn. Tie the stems to the stake so wind and rain do not break them.
Overwintering. Dahlias are not frost hardy. After the first frost cut the stems to 10–15 cm, lift the tubers, let them dry and store frost-free and cool (+3…+8 °C) over winter. In April the tubers can be potted up and started indoors.
