Planting. Plant in full sun in light, sandy, well-drained soil, 20–25 cm apart. Avoid heavy wet soil.
Watering and feeding. Water after planting and in long dry spells; established plants are drought tolerant. Needs little feeding.
Care. Cut back faded stems after the first flush – the mat stays dense and may flower again.
