About this product
Tomato “Goldkrone” (Solanum lycopersicum) is a very early tall (indeterminate) variety. Its yellow cherry-sized fruits of 15-20 g grow in trusses and are good both eaten fresh and preserved.
Sow for transplants in March-April and plant out in April-May. The variety suits the greenhouse and open ground; outdoors it needs a warm, sunny, sheltered spot and support. It grows best at 22-24 °C. The crop ripens in July-August.
The pack contains 0.1 g of seed (20-30 seeds), made by Žalia stotelė.

Advice from our agronomist
Raise seedlings in the warm. In March-April sow about 1 cm deep and keep the tray in a warm, bright place. Prick out into individual pots at the two-true-leaf stage.
Plant 90 x 40 cm apart. Plant into the greenhouse in late April or May, and outdoors only after the night frosts. Tie plants to a cane or string straight away and remove side shoots regularly.
Pick ripe trusses. Water evenly and at the base. Harvest the yellow fruits once fully coloured; trusses ripen in succession until the end of August.
