Tomato "Portugues H" (Solanum lycopersicum) is a medium-early, disease-resistant, high-yielding beef-type tall tomato hybrid. The pack contains 10 seeds.
The fruits are pear-shaped, ribbed, fleshy and resistant to cracking, weighing 350–400 g and more. They are good for fresh eating, salads, sandwiches, juice and thick sauces.
It is a greenhouse variety that can also be grown outdoors in a suitable climate. The plant is tall and indeterminate and needs staking, tying and training. The best growing temperature is 22–24 °C.

Agronoma ieteikumi
Sowing. Sow seeds in March–April into moist seed compost and keep at 22–24 °C. Prick out the seedlings into separate pots at the 1–2 true leaf stage.
Planting out. Plant in a greenhouse or warm bed after the frost risk is over. Fit a support at planting and leave enough space between plants.
Watering and feeding. Water infrequently but generously, straight onto the soil, to avoid leaf diseases. From the first truss flowering feed with a potassium-rich tomato fertiliser every 10–14 days.
Training. Remove side shoots and tie the plant to its support. Pick ripe fruit regularly and remove lower leaves near the trusses to improve air flow.
