Apie prekę
Heucherella "Happy Hour Lime" is a compact foamy bells from the Terra Nova Happy Hour series with clear lime-green leaves without marbling. The bright foliage lights up a shady corner like a patch of sunshine. Buy Heucherella "Happy Hour Lime" in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery.
It forms a dense mound about 25–30 cm tall and 40–50 cm wide. Small white bells on slender stems appear from late spring into summer. The leaves are lobed, semi-evergreen and fast growing.
The variety is hardy (RHS H6, USDA zone 4) and well suited to Estonian gardens. It prefers part shade, an east- or north-facing spot and moist, humus-rich soil. Use it for edging, as a contrast to dark heucheras and in containers; foamy bells do not get rust.

Planting. Plant from spring to August in part shade, 35–40 cm apart. In full sun the pale leaves may scorch, in deep shade they turn greener. Keep the crown level with the soil and add compost.
Watering and feeding. Water regularly in dry weather – foamy bells need even moisture. Feed in spring with a slow-release perennial fertiliser, and pot plants monthly in summer with a liquid feed.
Care. Remove spent flower stems and, in spring, winter-damaged leaves. Press frost-heaved plants back and mulch in spring. Divide the clump every 3–4 years.
Gardener's tip. Plant a dark-leaved heuchera or a purple heucherella next to "Happy Hour Lime" – the lime and deep purple contrast is the most striking combination in a shade border.
