Advice from our agronomist

Planting Plant from April to September, 30–40 cm apart. Water the pot thoroughly before planting and let the root ball soak.

Position Choose a sunny, warm, well-drained spot; a limy and moderately dry soil suits it, hyssop does not tolerate wet ground.

Care Water moderately, more in dry spells. Cut the plant back by about half in spring to keep growth dense. Flowers from July to September.

Feeding and harvest No feeding is needed. Cut the shoots from June to September, before or at the start of flowering; dry in the shade. Hardy.
