Advice from our agronomist
Use. For watering beds, flowers, seedlings, potted and greenhouse plants and for applying liquid fertiliser.
How to use. Fill the can with standing water, carry it to the plant and water at the base, not over the leaves.
Care and storage. Rinse with clean water after using fertiliser. Empty it for winter and store frost-free so the plastic does not crack.
Gardener’s tip. Water less often but more deeply — roots grow deeper and the plant copes better with drought.
