About this product
Ground staples for cover fabric — U-shaped metal pins that hold fleece, film or mulch fabric in place even in windy weather. Without them a spring cover leaves the bed with the first gust.
Push the staple through the fabric and press it firmly into the soil. The same pin also holds a drip irrigation hose, an edging strip and other garden fittings.

Advice from our agronomist
Pin the edges close together. Set a staple every 50-70 cm along the edge, and closer at the corners — wind always lifts a cover from a corner.
Leave the fabric slack. Do not stretch the cover tight: the plant grows and needs room, and taut fabric tears.
Collect them in autumn. A staple left in the soil later ruins a rake or a tiller. Count them at the end of the season and keep them in a box.
