About this product
A compost heap rots down on its own, but slowly: three years is not unusual. An accelerator gives the heap what it usually lacks — microbes and the nitrogen that gets them working.
The difference shows most clearly where the heap holds a lot of brown material: leaves, straw, prunings, paper. Carbon-rich material sits for years; given nitrogen, it starts to heat and sink.
One litre is diluted with water and poured over the heap layer by layer — no special tool needed.

Advice from our agronomist
The accelerator only works in a moist heap: dry compost does not rot, whatever you pour on it.
Keep the balance of green and brown — grass and kitchen waste give nitrogen, leaves and prunings give carbon. A heap of nothing but grass starts to stink.
Turn the heap once a month: air matters as much as moisture for decomposition.
Do not add diseased plants, seeding weeds or meat — the first two survive, the third brings animals.
Finished compost is known by its smell: it smells of forest soil, not of rot.
