Advice from our agronomist
Use. For collecting fallen leaves, grass clippings and light debris from lawns, beds and paths.
How to use. Fit the head onto a suitable handle. Pull the rake lightly over the lawn towards you without pressing it into the ground.
Care and storage. Clean leaves off the tines after use and store the rake in the shade — plastic lasts longer out of direct sun.
Gardener’s tip. Healthy leaves make good leaf mould or a winter mulch for shrubs and beds.
