About this product
Flower meadow mix — a seed mix of annual summer flowers that grows into a colourful meadow. It contains cornflower, California poppy, field poppy, two kinds of marigold, along with other species that come into flower in turn.
The meadow starts flowering about 8 weeks after sowing and keeps going until the frosts. Plant height is 50-70 cm. It is a simple way to make a flowering strip by the house, along a path or on a bed that would otherwise grow weeds.
Pack of 100 g, enough for about 30 m². Made by Baltic Agro, seed from Denmark.

Advice from our agronomist
Sow shallow. The seed goes in at 0-1 cm — small seed sown deeper never comes up.
Mix the seed with sand. 100 g is not much for a large area: mixing it with dry sand makes even spreading easier.
Skip the nitrogen. Rich soil gives leaf and few flowers — a flower meadow prefers poorer ground.
