Advice from our agronomist

Planting Plant in spring or autumn in sun to part shade in moist, slightly acidic to neutral soil; chalky soil is unsuitable. Space plants 40–60 cm apart.

Watering Water regularly in the first year, later in dry spells; mulch keeps moisture in.

Pruning Cut dry leaves and flower stems back to 10 cm in March.

Feeding and winter care Feed in spring with compost; nothing more is needed. Hardy; no extra cover is needed.
