Advice from our agronomist
Planting. Position: full sun. Soil: dry, well-drained. Plant in spring or early autumn at the same depth it grew in the pot, then water in well.
Care. Water moderately; once established it tolerates dry spells. A balanced fertiliser can be given in spring; remove spent flower stems.
Winter. Grown outdoors in our climate; mulching around the plant for the first winter is helpful.
