Advice from our agronomist
Planting. Position: full sun. Soil: well-drained, no standing water. Plant in spring or early autumn at the same depth it grew in the pot, then water in well.
Care. Water moderately and avoid waterlogging. A balanced fertiliser can be given in spring; remove spent flower stems.
Winter. Winter hardiness is limited in our climate: choose a sheltered, well-drained spot and cover the plant for winter.
