Agronoma ieteikumi
Use. Scatter the granules over the root zone in a circle the width of the crown, work lightly into the topsoil and water. At planting mix the fertiliser into the planting-hole soil.
Rates and timing. Exact rates are given on the pack. Feed in spring as growth starts and, if needed, again in early summer.
Storage and safety. Keep dry in the closed pack, out of reach of children and animals. Apply only when needed and do not exceed the recommended rates.
Agronomist's tip. Do not give conifers nitrogen after mid-July, as late shoots will not harden before winter. Spring needle browning is often caused by winter drought, so water conifers well in autumn.
