About this product
Sweet pepper "Oda" (Capsicum annuum) is a compact, handsome vegetable pepper whose conical fruits are deep purple when young and turn orange-red at maturity. The flesh is thick and juicy.

Advice from our agronomist
Planting. Plant peppers after the last frosts (early June) in a greenhouse or a sunny sheltered spot with humus-rich soil. Space plants about 30 cm apart.
Care. Keep plants warm (above 15 °C at night). Stake if needed and remove the first flower so the plant builds strength.
Watering and feeding. Water regularly with warm water, keeping the soil evenly moist. From flowering feed every 2 weeks with a vegetable fertiliser.
Winter and pruning. Pepper does not overwinter outdoors in Estonia and is grown as an annual. Harvest the fruits before the first night frosts.
