Advice from our agronomist
Light and position Needs bright indirect light; direct sun leaves brown patches. Turn the pot a quarter each week so the plant grows evenly.
Watering Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil is dry; excess moisture causes root rot. Water less in winter.
Humidity and care Normal room humidity is fine. Wipe dust from the leaves; separate the small offsets beside the mother plant in spring and pot them individually.
Feeding and repotting Feed every 2–4 weeks in the growing season with a foliage fertiliser at half strength; not in winter. Repot in spring when roots fill the pot.
