Advice from our agronomist
Use. Dip the brush no more than one third of the bristle length into the paint and wipe off excess on the rim. Paint with even strokes along the wood grain and avoid thick coats.
Cleaning. Wash the brush straight after use: water-based paint with water and soap, solvent-based paint with a suitable solvent. Dry bristles down or horizontally.
Storage. Store the clean, dry brush flat or hanging so the bristles keep their shape. Never leave the brush standing in paint.
Safety. Ventilate well and wear gloves when working with solvents. Always follow the paint or solvent manufacturer's safety instructions.
