Agronoma ieteikumi
Planting. Plant cinquefoil in spring or autumn in a sunny spot. For a border leave 50–70 cm between plants. Any well-drained soil will do.
Care. Care is simple. Mulch the roots with peat or bark and remove weeds. Deadhead if you wish.
Watering and feeding. Water young plants in dry spells; mature shrubs are fairly drought tolerant. Feed in spring with a balanced fertiliser.
Winter and pruning. In spring cut out a third of the old stems to keep the shrub young and flowering freely. No winter cover is needed.
