Ranunculus 'Pink' is a pink double Persian buttercup (Ranunculus asiaticus) – its rose-like, many-petalled flowers are soft and romantic. Buy Ranunculus 'Pink' in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery.
It flowers from June to August; the blooms are pink and densely double and last well in a vase. Plants are about 30–40 cm tall, for beds, balcony boxes and cutting.
Persian buttercup is not winter-hardy in Estonia: lift the tubers in autumn and store them cool and dry over winter. Supplied as a growing plant in a 9 cm pot, ready to flower.

Agronomin neuvot
Planting. Plant out after the last frost (late May) in a sunny spot, 15 cm apart and at the same depth as in the pot. In containers use a loose potting compost with drainage.
Watering and feeding. Water moderately and evenly – the tubers rot in wet soil. While flowering, feed every two weeks with a liquid flowering-plant fertiliser.
Care. Deadhead to keep new buds coming. When the leaves yellow in autumn, lift the tubers, dry them and store them over winter in dry peat at 5–10 °C.
Gardener's tip. Ranunculus likes it cool – give light midday shade in hot summers. Cut half-open, the flowers last up to 10 days in a vase.
