About this product
Radish "Faraon & Poloneza & Whitney" (Raphanus sativus) by Lucia ELITE is a 4 m seed tape: a mix of three radish cultivars with seeds spaced correctly on the strip.
The mix is high-yielding and tasty, and can be harvested 18–20 days after sowing. The cultivars ripen slightly differently, so the harvest lasts longer.
The tape suits open ground and greenhouse and makes sowing quick and precise. The pack contains 4 m of tape.

Advice from our agronomist
Sowing. Sow the tape outdoors from April to early August, repeating every 2 weeks. Make a drill about 1–2 cm deep, lay the tape and cover lightly with soil.
Care. Keep the soil evenly moist, because drought makes radishes bitter and hollow. Weed and water more often in warm weather.
Watering and feeding. Extra fertiliser is usually unnecessary if the bed contains compost; avoid fresh manure. Water regularly and moderately.
Harvest. Pick 18–20 days after sowing when roots reach a usable size and eat them fresh; overgrown radishes lose their crunch.
