The Rake, 18 tines, powder-coated is a garden rake with metal tines for levelling beds, loosening the soil surface and gathering stones, roots and plant debris.
Supplied without a handle — the head fits onto a suitable wooden handle. Head width is 410 mm. The head is powder-coated to protect the metal from rust. The rigid tines bite well into the soil.

Advice from our agronomist
Use. For levelling beds, loosening the soil surface, removing stones and roots and breaking up clods before sowing.
How to use. First fix the head securely onto a handle. Draw the rake back and forth over the soil with the tines down; for a final smooth finish, turn the rake over and level with its back.
Care and storage. Clean soil off the tines after use and store the rake in a dry place with the tines facing the wall so nobody steps on them.
Safety. Never leave a rake lying tines up — stepping on it can make the handle spring up and cause injury.
