Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow from April to August 1–2 cm deep, rows 20–25 cm apart, and thin to 5 cm. Hardy, so autumn sowing is possible too.
Care A perennial that grows 3–5 years in one place. Water in dry spells and remove flower stalks to keep the leaves tender.
Harvest Cut the green leaves as needed from spring to autumn, first about 6–8 weeks after sowing; it gives the first greens early in spring.
