Agronoma ieteikumi
Use. Spread the fertiliser evenly over the soil surface, work into the topsoil and water generously. Do not apply onto wet plants and keep granules at least 10 cm from above-ground shoots.
Rates and timing. At planting 20–40 g per plant, mixed into the soil to 15–20 cm; maintenance 20–30 g per plant; dense plantings 60–80 g/m². Apply in two portions: early spring and before the end of August (use period March to August).
Storage and safety. Keep dry in the closed pack, out of reach of children and animals. Apply only when needed and do not exceed the recommended rates.
Agronomist's tip. Rhododendron roots are shallow, so do not dig the soil; mulch with pine bark or needles instead. Water with rainwater, as tap water raises soil pH.
