Sansevieria (Sansevieria, also Dracaena trifasciata, snake plant, mother-in-law's tongue) is a nearly indestructible houseplant with upright, fleshy leaves. The plant in the photo has green leaves in a rosette; the cultivar is a "mix" and the exact name is not specified.
It suits offices, hallways and bedrooms as a houseplant, since it grows even in low light and is ideal for beginners.

Agronoma ieteikumi
Planting. Plant in cactus mix or light sandy mix in a pot with drainage holes. Choose a pot only slightly larger than the roots; the plant also grows well when pot-bound.
Care. Keep in a bright place but avoid scorching midday sun. Wipe the leaves occasionally with a damp cloth to remove dust.
Watering and feeding. Water only after the mix has dried out completely: about every 2 weeks in summer and once a month in winter. Apply diluted cactus fertiliser a few times during growth.
Winter. In winter keep at 12–15 °C or above and water very sparingly. Overwatering and cold are the main reasons the plant dies. Repot in spring if needed.
