About this product

The SOTKA watering can rose PLM is a watering can rose that breaks the water stream into fine jets, so you can water plants gently without washing away the soil.

Made of black plastic, the rose face is 13 cm in diameter, about 16.5 cm long and about 7 cm high. The wide face covers a larger area at once.

Suitable for watering seedlings, sowings, flowers and houseplants, and for replacing a lost or broken watering can rose.

Advice from our agronomist

Use. For gentle watering: sowings, seedlings, young plants, flower beds and potted plants.

How to use. Push the rose firmly onto the watering can spout. Water low down at the roots and move the can evenly so the bed is watered uniformly.

Care and storage. If the holes clog with lime or soil, rinse the rose and clear the holes with a needle. Keep it frost-free over winter.

Gardener’s tip. Water seedlings with water that has stood at room temperature — cold water slows young plants down.
