SOTKA hanging basket liner "COCO" D35
Seller: ALLIKASILM
About this product
The SOTKA hanging basket liner "COCO" D35 is a coconut fibre liner for a hanging flower basket or metal planter — it holds the soil in place and gives the planting a natural look.
The liner is 35 cm in diameter and about 20 cm deep. Coconut fibre lets excess water drain and allows the roots to breathe.
Suitable for hanging baskets, balcony troughs and planters with summer flowers such as petunia, lobelia and verbena, as well as for strawberries and herbs. A worn liner is easily replaced.

Advice from our agronomist
Use. For lining hanging flower baskets and metal planters before planting.
How to use. Place the liner in the basket, optionally add a sheet of plastic with small holes at the bottom to retain moisture, fill with balcony compost and plant.
Care and storage. Hanging baskets dry out quickly — check the soil daily in hot weather. In autumn remove the plants, dry the liner and store it somewhere dry.
Gardener’s tip. Mix some slow-release fertiliser and water-retaining granules into the compost so the basket flowers all summer and needs watering less often.
